ALC - Wilderness Inquiry

In early October, the Liz Quackenbush Foundation was able to provide bus transportation for 50 ALC students on an outdoor adventure with Wilderness Inquiry, located at Chester Woods in Rochester, MN. During this trip the students participated in many outdoor activities and experiences like birdwatching, canoeing, water testing and other team building events. The students actively participated with all events and were able to enjoy the warmer weather that early October provided in this region of the state.

Wilderness Inquiry is another non-profit organization that is committed to making the outdoors accessible to all and expanding access to outdoor and place-based education (PBE) opportunities for underserved youth throughout Minnesota. Supporting and partnering with opportunities like these is EXACTLY what the Liz Quackenbush Foundation supports!
